Dividend Payment of € 2.00 per Share
At the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting of Wacker Chemie AG on May 12, 2021, which was conducted online due to the pandemic, all Executive Board and Supervisory Board proposals were adopted by large majorities. The dividend per dividend-bearing share agreed at the annual shareholders’ meeting was €2.00 (2019: €0.50). The dividend yield based on WACKER’s average share price in 2020 was 2.9 percent (2019: 0.7 percent).
